2009 Dues Structure

Active Membership

Applicants applying for active membership can register online or can download an application for membership and return it with the appropriate dues payment (see below) to the PVMA office at 12 Briarcrest Square, Hershey, PA 17033.

Active dues amount per month of application:

• $280: January 1 – March 31
• $210: April 1 – June 30
• $140: July 1 – September 30
• $70: October 1 – December 31

Academic Active Membership

2009 Dues are $100. Applicants applying for Academic membership can register online or can download an application for membership. The completed application should be mailed to PVMA office at 12 Briarcrest Square, Hershey, PA 17033.

Associate Membership

2009 Dues are $70. Applicants applying for Associate membership can register online or can download an application for membership. The completed application should be mailed to PVMA office at 12 Briarcrest Square, Hershey, PA 17033.

Graduate Membership

2009 Dues are $70 for applicants meeting the requirements for graduate membership status. Applicants applying for membership can register online or can download an application for recent graduate membership. The completed application should be mailed to PVMA office at 12 Briarcrest Square, Hershey, PA 17033.

Industry Partner

2009 Dues are $100. Applicants applying for Industry Partner membership can register online or can download an application for membership. The completed application should be mailed to PVMA office at 12 Briarcrest Square, Hershey, PA 17033.
